Please read all the terms and conditions before making a booking.

Once full payment is made your booking will be confirmed within 3 business days.

Final stall maps, info, monies and bookings will be finalised by 5 October 2018.

By booking in, means that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Bookings will not be finalised until full payment is made.

2. Unfortunately there are no refunds if you can’t make it or do not show up on the day. Please be aware of your commitment to attend prior to booking your site.  If we cancel the event you will be notified 24 hours prior and 50% refunds will be provided.

3. Set up time opens 2 hours prior to the event, and closes 30 minutes before gates open. Trading time 12pm – 6pm.

4. Stall holders/vendors must remove all rubbish, belongings and product from their area during and after the event.

5. Public Liability is necessary and a copy must be supplied. Stallholders agree to indemnify and hold the event organisers and Kawana Waters Hotel harmless in respect of all damages, injuries, costs, claims, demands, expenses and interest for which the event organisers or Kawana Waters Hotel may be liable.

6. Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies. The organisers and Kawana Waters Hotel will not be responsible for security onsite during the period of the market for stallholders good or monies and will accept no liability for theft, loss or damage.

7. You must supply your own gazebo/marquee tables and chairs.

8. Strictly no distribution of any political or religious promotional materials, any distribution of flyers must have authorisation prior to the event.

9. Illegal or explosive items, prohibited or restricted plants and any breed of animal are not permitted to be promoted, advertised or sold.

10. Promotion of events will be done through the means of flyers, newspaper articles, signs and banners along with social media. On social media we have the “Kulture Klash Festival” official page, and also an event page. We can also supply a digital flyer you can share on social media, and physical flyers for distribution if desired.

11. Given that this is a large event, it is permitted to have some similar stalls.
